From ballet to hip hop, we offer dance classes for ALL ages & skill levels in a variety of styles. We place students in classes that will challenge them while offering a fun atmosphere for learning and growth. We also offer Mommy & Me classes, (18 mos – 2.5 yrs)
Competitive Company Team
Our Competitive Team enriches the community with dance and excels in local contests. Tailored for those passionate about dance, Nan’s dancers perform and compete, displaying exceptional talent. We invite skilled dancers to join our artistic and competitive journey!
Parties
Did someone say “dance party?” Throw the perfect birthday party at Nan’s! Parties at Nan’s School of Dance are designed to be fun for kids and easy for the parents. Our Raleigh location offers parties for girls and boys from ages 3-10.

Nan’s School of Dance has been sharing the love of dance since 1975. Our three locations are all family owned with the goal of bringing joy and technical instruction to the surrounding community. We are located in North Raleigh North Carolina on Durant Road. We are premier Raleigh area Dance studio for you, your kids, or anybody interested in getting into dance classes. Discover how fun dance can be with a free trial class! We offer classes for all ages and skill levels using only kid-friendly music. Our free trial classes are offered September through January. Registration for the dance year ends January 16, 2026.
